The Data Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support, enhancement, and optimization of the Company’s ERP system, BI tools, and related software systems. The role partners closely with Operations (Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Quality) and IT personnel to translate business needs into effective system and reporting solutions, troubleshoot application and database issues, and improve data-related processes. The Data Analyst supports system implementations and upgrades, user access management, documentation, and vendor/consultant coordination while adhering to data governance, compliance, and corporate IT standards.
Maintains and controls the Quality Management System (QMS) required documents for the company. Serves as the principal liaison between Engineering, Operations and QA regarding the processing and controlling documented configuration, design, and procedure changes.

Under general supervision, perform a variety of maintenance, repair and adjustment of assembly and production equipment. Coordinate a facility Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for production equipment, generate maintenance records and update the maintenance database. Maintain the tools, supplies and work areas dedicated for the PM program. Must apply a working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and electromechanical systems during maintenance and repair of equipment. Perform Facility based repairs and Preventative Maintenance. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and hand tools.
Perform duties to maintain materials in support of manufacturing and other facility operations. Maintain
inventory, including processing receipt of material, storing and recording inventory transactions in the
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system. Material Handlers are responsible for the digital and
physical movement of inventoried material throughout the facility, that ranges from receiving raw material
from a supplier, to kitting raw material, to shipping finished goods.
Takes a lead role in developing internal design guidelines for printed wiring board (PWB) designs. Performs a full range of design tasks to produce PWBs for Rantec’s power supply products. Applies a thorough material science knowledge of the interactions and characteristics of materials used in PWB manufacturing and the impact of material choices on design decisions. Interface with PWB manufacturers to ensure Rantec’s designs are compatible with the manufacturing processes of the PWB. Produce the schematic, design the component layout of the circuit board, and create documentation to support manufacturing.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates who align with Rantec’s business needs and values. This role partners with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The Test Engineering team at Rantec is tasked with keeping the production test environment up and running smoothly to allow our Test Technicians to provide accurate and consistent results. Test Engineering plays a crucial role in ensuring power supplies are properly tested with quality and functionality. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and executing meticulous test plans, developing and maintaining test equipment, and providing technical guidance during test activities.
The Test Engineering team at Rantec is tasked with keeping the production test environment up and running smoothly to allow our Test Technicians to provide accurate and consistent results. The Test Equipment Technician typically works under the direction of engineers to support various engineering tasks. They primarily focus on the hands-on aspects of building, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating test equipment. They may assist with measurements and special tasks. You will have the opportunity to expand your skillset through formal training and through hands-on experience working beside talented engineers.
