Step 1: Solicitation

  • RMA reviewed and accepted by Rantec
  • Receive PO
  • Accept PO

Step 2: Test & Evaluation

  • 30 to 120-day lead time (product dependent).
  • Mechanical & electrical evaluation
  • ESS/Functional testing
  • Evaluation Report
  • Repair Quote
  • CofC if applicable (NFF)
  • Scrap disposal

Step 3: Repair

  • Repair Tiers:
    • Minor
    • Intermediate
    • Overhaul
  • Included
    • CofC
    • 90-day warranty
    • Repair Report
    • Test Data

General requirements for RMA request:

All non-warranty RMA requests must be accompanied with a funded evaluation purchase order to prevent delays in processing.
Rantec reserves the right to reject materials received without an approved RMA.
