The quality management system of Rantec Power Systems, a small business, is an AS9100:D and ISO-9001:2015 certified company. Our excellent reputation and longevity in the engineered electronics solutions industry is directly attributable to our company-wide focus on quality and reliability. We are committed to the goal of achieving and maintaining 100% quality and delivery performance ratings as measured by our customers, maintaining ‘preferred supplier’ status.
Our high quality and reliability is maintained through:
- Strict process controls throughout the manufacturing cycle
- Tight vendor controls and regular vendor performance monitoring
- Frequent quality inspections and auditing
- Continuous SPC monitoring and trend analysis
Rantec’s production control staff members have attended in-depth formal training for Advanced Program Management and Project Leadership. Key Rantec personnel have also been members of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) since 1999. An IPC certified trainer to both IPC-J-STD-001 soldering standard and IPC-A-610 acceptability standard provides regular training to manufacturing and inspection personnel which maintains certified operators and inspectors to assure product compliance to workmanship requirements.
